Article VIII- Disbanding
Section 1
This Association may disband and dissolve by affirmation vote of three-fourths of the active members. Such vote may be taken by mail.
Section 2
In the event that active membership votes to disband, the funds of this association shall be liquidated as a majority of the members indicate in their vote to disbandment.
