The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a board of six (7) directors. The members of the board shall be elected by the members of the Association during the month of May, and shall serve for a term of two years.
Each of the following groups will nominate and elect a director from its supervisory members;
Group A- Districts 1, 2, and 15
Group B- Districts 3, 4, 5, and 6
Group C- Districts 7, 8, 9, and 10
Group D- Districts 11, 12, and 13
Group E- HQ, District 16, and District 21
Group F- Supervisors from DCI, DNE, and FM
Group G - Commercial Motor Vehicle Unit
To provide for a staggered term of office, Groups A, C, and F will elect their directors for a term of two (2) years during odd numbered years, and Groups B, D, and E will elect their directors for a term of two (2) years during even numbered years.
